Viva La Vaca has a wood-fired parilla (BBQ), where tasty meals are slowly cooked over hot Manuka/Kanuka coals - the smoky flavour is awesome (if the chef does say so himself!). All products are sourced from local suppliers and meat is all free range and from sustainable sources. We cater to a range of dietary requirements with vegetarian, gluten and dairy free options available, we can also make meals keto friendly and our meat products are free of preservatives and gluten.
Our love for good food, fun and life can be tasted in every bite of goodness from Viva la Vaca....so come and experience the flavours of Argentina in Nelson!
